Platanus apartment is situated in Trsteno, lovely peaceful Mediterranean village settled only a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik. Trsteno is famous for its two Platanus trees, one of oldest and biggest trees in Europe. Our apartment is just couple meters away from those majestic threes. On the ground floor of our apartment there is comfortable living room, spacious kitchen and bathroom. You will get a staircase to the first floor where you have access to two bedrooms, of which one has a large balcony with astonishing sea view, where you can enjoy your reading or sunbathing. Each room is air-conditioned, towels and linen are provided. On the ground floor there is a terrace ideal for your getaway to enjoy with family and friends, offering the true Mediterranean lifestyle. Imagine the magical scent of essential oils in the air, the fresh cheese and wine, as well organic vegetables and fruits which you can purchase from locals in the village. The apartment have central heating, so you can book during winter time too. The beach is situated 500 meters from the house, making it a beautiful 10 minute walk through the Arboretum gardens and through the village. When you reach the sea you will be able to choose between a gravel beach or a flat stone beach. Which means you can choose to enter the deep turquoise sea immediately or slowly walk into the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Enough is said about the Trsteno beach when one knows that the popular tourist guidebook Eyewitness put it on the cover of its Croatian guide. There is also, some other beaches in neighborhood, max few minutes driving by car. Upon your request it is possible to organize trips by a boat or ship to the nearby islands of Šipan, Lopud and Koločep. You will reach them in about 10 minutes by sea and be again amazed by the beautiful nature, fascinating sand beaches and rich gastronomical offer. Getting around We would gladly arrange your pick up at the airport as well as transfers by car to all destinations.If you are arriving with your own or a rental car, there is a free parking place 100 meters from the villa. You can shop for groceries and supplies in the little town of Zaton, 4 kilometers away or in one of the big supermarkets in Dubrovnik. The biggest market of the Dubrovnik County with fresh domestic products is only 13 km away from the villa.ž Off season prices are subject to negotiation Our absolute priority is to make your stay in Trsteno and Dubrovnik sensational and unforgettable.
