Villa Viera is a stone house built in 1909 consists of five rooms for 12 persons, tastefully renovated into a large romantic villa. It is a genuine gem stone of old istrian architecture - all rooms are furnished in a different style while retaining the old wooden beams and lintels made of of original stones and details. The charm of the old house comes together with the comfort of today: the villa has first solar outdoor pool in central Istria, therefore pleasurable also during the spring and autumn. Living room and stone terrace offer panoramic view to central Istria often called "Istrian Tuscany". Under the pergola there is big table where is possible to enjoy morning and evening meals while listening the magic of Istria, singing birds and other sounds of nature - here dominates therapeutic peace colored in magnificent silence. The etno kitchen is situated near the terrace, equipped with kitchen utensils and big barbecue. Villa Viera offers two air-conditioned, soundproofing rooms. Big solar outdoor pool lies in front of the terrace, lighten by the Mediterranean sun from sunrise to sunset. Guests have at their disposal a private parking spaces for four cars. Close to villa Viera there is Villa Bolsterstein , part of which is the istrian tavern. There is also the apartment to accommodate 2+1 persons. All cyclists are welcome in cyclist club Buzet www.bk-buzet.hr (distance of 8 km from Villa Viera) one of the leading cyclist clubs in Croatia. In Villa Viera business is not the emphasis – what is important is entertainment, pastime, leisure and friendship. Pets are welcome.
