beautifully located two bedroom townhouse, situated in the old 'Cittanova' part of Novigrad. The downstairs comprises open plan lounge-dining room and kitchenette. Complete with halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave. Large dining table with chairs and large corner sofa. First floor leads you to a lovely bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC and wardrobe. This bedroom has two single beds. The top floor has one large king size bed, again with en-suite shower room and WC and walk in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The property is let with the usual mod cons, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property is ideally located one street behind the harbour front, less than a minutes walk!!! Beautiful quaint streets inter wind leading you to wonderful cafes and restaurants,where you can enjoy excellent sea food and wine. Dont forget the grappa!!. Novigrad is truly a magical city that will not disappoint!. On the evening, make sure you visit the Vittirol and have a glass or two of wine and watch one of the most beautiful sunsets, sure to capture you. There is plenty to do in Novigrad, from walking through the old town and also walking across the harbour to the national park. You can hire bikes and explore the coastal route. Whatever, your holiday desire, Novigrad is sure to capture you and leave you wanting more!!!

This was the second time we've stayed in the property - we had such an amazing stay the first time that we were a little nervous about retuning, in case it wasn't exactly how we remembered it. Fortunately we weren't disappointed. The renovated townhouse was comfortable and spacious yet still retaining its charm. The house was quiet so we slept very well (thanks partly to the local malvasia wine!), and there is air-conditioning throughout, which is a must if you visit in the summer. Both bedrooms are a good size and could easily accommodate a couple in each. There are good cooking facilities if you fancy a night in, but the food was so good and the prices so reasonable that we found ourselves out almost every night. The location couldn't be more perfect - just behind one of the best sea view cafes you'll find anywhere (serving excellent coffee and croissants in the morning and wine in the evening) and a minutes’ walk from fantastic restaurants and wine bars. If you like to explore there's plenty of hill towns to visit where you can find art galleries and excellent truffle pasta. A perfect holiday - we will certainly stay again!

We stayed here as a friend had recommended this property to us. From the moment we arrived, the sun was shining and we were greeted by a lovely Rep. Lovely person who couldn\'t do enough for us, she was brilliant! The house was absolutely lovely. Tastefully decorated and furnished with all the mod cons!!!. Very clean. This house really is perfectly situated for all amenities. Lovely quaint bars and restaurants, all excellent food. Beautiful old town, definately worth exploring all the narrow streets, especially after breakfast and finding a nice bar to have a good cup of coffee and watch the world pass you by! Hoping to return again to this property in 2013 and I would definately recommend this property to Family and Friends!! J & K, UK
