Location of the object: Both holiday apartments, the art gallery, our old farmhouse and the garden are situated on a sunny terrace in upper Kobdilj just next to the former Fabiani Estate. We are reachable by car from the main square of lower Kobdilj or by foot from Å tanjel on the Fabiani path, which is clearly signposted (a 15-20 minutes pleasant walk). The nearest Adriatic beach is at Sistiana mare (I) - 25 minutes away. It takes 1/2 h to the famous caves of Å kocjan and Postojna, 1 h to Ljubljana or Piran, less than 2 hours to Venice or the Soča Valley (Julian Alps).
