The cottage is located in the foothill town of Svoboda nad Úpou, which leads to the heart of the Giant Mountains. There are slopes and attractions for your children in the immediate vicinity. The location offers great enjoyment in the winter and summer season. A pleasant bonus is the ski bus stop (5 m). You can use the nearby mountains for cycling, skiing, hiking, and there is also a golf course nearby. A large spacious garden with a barbecue, a swimming pool in the summer months, a trampoline and a terrace with seating for 8 people + a bench for 6 people is waiting for you to use. The entire cottage was renovated in 2021. Your whole family can fit in our cottage! On site, energy is paid in cash according to consumption, deposit 5000 CZK (200 EUR). Accommodation in a cottage The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 14 people in 5 bedrooms. Bedrooms and rooms: Cottage Gita offers 5 bedrooms for 10 - 14 people. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms for 4 people (1x extra bed pull-out bed) and 2 people with a shared bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, bidet and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, 1x for 4 people and 2x for 2 people. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. These rooms contain 1x extra bed (roll-out bed). Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a hanger. Upstairs there is a children's playroom, equipped with a table for 4 children, children's seating, lots of toys for children aged 2 months to 10 years. There are 2 travel cots including bed linen and 2 dining chairs available on request. Sanitary facilities: The cottage is equipped with 4 bathrooms and 5 toilets. On the ground floor in the hall there is a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub. On the upper floor there are 3 bathrooms that belong to each bedroom. Each room is equipped with a hand towel, a towel for each person free of charge, and there is a hairdryer in the lower bathroom. Heating: The cottage has radiators in every room and floor heating controlled by a thermostat. Transport, parking: There are 2 places in front of the cottage, another 2 places by the road in summer. In winter, 2 spaces in front of the cottage and 2 spaces in the street. This hall serves as a crossroads to the entire house. On the left is a spacious bathroom with an entrance to the bedroom. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a modern equipped kitchen where clean lines and perfect design prevail. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances - combined refrigerator, electric oven, ceramic hob, hood, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine for capsules, toaster, dishwasher, microwave oven with contact grill and toaster. The kitchen also has a built-in illuminated cabinet with wine glasses. The kitchen is also connected to the dining room, where there is a spacious table for 12 people. In this space, there is also a living room equipped with a couch, an armchair and a Smart TV. The open space also serves as a dining room and a relaxation area, from which you can go out onto the terrace. The terrace is equipped with seating for 8 people and a bench for 6 people, a charcoal grill and a gas grill. In the summer months, the spacious garden offers a lot of use + swimming pool.
