The villa stretches on two floors and is perfect for large family or group of friends who wants to be together but still enjoy commodity. On the first floor is a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room (with digital SAT-TV, DVD, bar and french balcony with a splendid view on Lumbarda's harbor and Peljesac canal with little islands in between. On the same floor there are huge bathroom with bathtub, and in front of it there is cozy & spacious lodggia and terrase with a gardens full of flowers from all over the world and meditteranian herbs and trees. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, SAT-TV and air-conditioning.
